These beta terms are between you and StatDate LLC. By creating a StatDate account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. These terms are a working beta draft and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and truthfully represent your identity and professional credentials. Verification does not guarantee a person's character, employment, or current fitness to practice.
Account Rules
- Use one account that belongs to you.
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Do not impersonate anyone or falsify a license.
- Do not share patient information or other confidential workplace information.
Professional Verification
Verification compares submitted information with available registries or a documented manual source. It does not guarantee current employment, clinical competence, character, criminal history, or freedom from professional discipline. You must promptly update StatDate if your credential expires, is restricted, suspended, revoked, or no longer belongs to you. Verification decisions may be appealed through support@statdate.app.
Community Standards
Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, solicitation, non-consensual intimate content, and illegal activity are prohibited. Users must respect boundaries and consent. Content may be removed and accounts may be suspended when these rules are violated.
Safety
Use judgment when meeting someone. Keep early conversations in the app, meet in a public place, tell someone your plans, arrange your own transportation, and report concerning behavior. StatDate does not conduct criminal-background checks unless explicitly stated.
Beta Service
The beta may contain errors, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Features and sample profiles may be used for testing. AI-generated sample profiles are clearly labeled and are not real users.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give StatDate a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.
Moderation
StatDate may review reports, restrict functionality, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities where appropriate. Blocking hides a profile and removes related matches for the reporting user.
Account Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. StatDate may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, fraud, or legal requirements.
Service Limitations
StatDate does not promise that matches, identities, credentials, statements, or conduct are accurate or safe. Use independent judgment, protect your personal information, and follow the dating-safety guidance. To the extent allowed by law, the beta is provided without warranties and StatDate is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from beta use.
